Effective Tuesday, February 27, 2007 (with the expiration of the February ’07 contract), the expiration time on the last day of trading for the expiring CME Housing Products will change to 2:00 p.m. Central Time on the business day preceding the scheduled cash index release date (from 12:00 p.m. Central Time on the scheduled cash index release date).   For example, for the February 2007 CME Housing futures and options contracts, the termination of trading will occur at 2:00 p.m. CT on Monday, February 26, 2007 (instead of 12:00 p.m. CT Tuesday, February 27, 2007).

Additionally, please be reminded of the change in dissemination of the underlying cash index for the CME Housing products.  These indexes are now released and distributed at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (changed from 1:15 p.m. CT) on the last Tuesday of each calendar month.
